- Communications: emails and messages between you and our matchmakers, and feedback after introductions.
- Payment information, which is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never store your full card details.

- to verify your identity;
- to make introductions;
- to provide and manage the service you have bought; and
- to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Potential matches: we share your profile with a potential match only with your consent.
- Service providers who help us run the service, such as Stripe for payments and our hosting provider, only as needed for their work.
We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are a client and for as long afterwards as we need it to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your information, correct it, or delete it.
- If you live in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
- If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have rights under the UK GDPR or the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to your data protection authority.
